Please use internal IP for connecting to jenkins prime.
VPN connection usually helps.
If your inside VPN and see that page that means something is wrong
Some VPN clients ignores dhcp-option sent out by the VPN server (such as Tunnelblick on Mac OS, or OpenVPN Client Connect >3.x with the default out-of-the-box client configurations)
Actions that might help:
- clean browser cache and restart it
- use OpenVPN 2.4.x which doesn't ignore the dchp-option DNS push command) or carefully check their own VPN client's settings and uncheck the "Fallback DNS" option it may have
- add a static entry to their hosts file to map the internal prime IP server
